This website is operated by Triple J Logistics, a freight and logistics services company. By using the site — reading it, or sending a quote request through it — you agree to these terms. They govern the website and quote requests; the movement or storage of actual freight is governed separately, as described below.

2. The services we offer

Triple J Logistics provides freight and logistics services: full truckload (FTL) shipping, less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping, warehousing and distribution, and freight brokerage and coordination, in which shipments may be arranged with vetted partner carriers. The descriptions on this website summarize those services; the specifics of any engagement are set out in the written agreement for that engagement.

3. A quote is not a contract

Submitting a quote request, and receiving a quote from us, does not create a binding contract, a confirmed booking, or any obligation on either side, and nothing is charged at that stage. A shipment is booked — and rates, terms, liability provisions, and service specifics become binding — only when they are confirmed in a written agreement (such as a rate confirmation) between you and Triple J Logistics before the shipment moves.

4. Accuracy of what you send us

Quotes are built from the details you provide — commodity, dimensions, weight, pallet count, dates, and site requirements. If those details turn out to be materially different, the quote may need to change before booking, or charges may be adjusted as the written agreement provides. Please send accurate information; it protects your pricing as much as our planning.

5. Website content and graphics

The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. The diagrams and map-style graphics on this site are original illustrations created for Triple J Logistics; they are stylised and illustrative, and are not literal depictions of routes, networks, or service areas. The site's text, graphics, and branding belong to Triple J Logistics and may not be reused without permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website — including submitting forms with false or misleading information, submitting automated or bulk requests, attempting to interfere with the site's operation, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We may decline to respond to requests that appear abusive or fraudulent.

7. Limitation of liability
